I ordered a tapestry that was never received after waiting weeks. Customer service said it was "stuck." They offered to send a replacement, but with no deduction and no expedited shipping. The replacement again was late (past the 7-10 promised days), and they said it was stuck again, and it would arrive late "sorry," they said. Eventually a tube arrived a month later from the first time I ordered, and it was damaged, empty and had a missing end cap. All they said was "sorry, do you want a refund?" Any other company would have expedited my order out for free at this point, but all they offered was no product and a refund that would take 7-10 more days. I still have not received my refund. Very disappointed and will not order from here ever again.
Buyers BEWARE! I bought curtains from this company. When they arrived, they were very cheap looking like they were printed on a machine at a carnival. They do not pay for return shipping (their website does not say this anywhere). It cost $34 to ship back their product which does NOT resemble the picture. Go somewhere else that honors a return for being unhappy with their product.

Very dissatisfied. Not the same colors as web photo/description. Took way to long to finally receive my boho design pillow (3 weeks). Description said feather pillow, FALSE! Polly fill stuffing. Big fat pillow to much hassle tp return. Would not recommend buying from this company.
I wish I could write a review on their actual website to warn people about the horrible quality. I can’t believe how bad everything I orders is. The pillow case is not as pictured and unfinished. The towels are no where near the color featured in the pictures and not to mention they feel funky and cheap. It’s been such a pain trying to return them. Such a waste!
Although I like the print my polyester comforter was 110. But by the time it was sent to Canada, I paid another 90. The qualitiy should've been only 40. But that's what you get ordering from a so called artist through Amazon.com. Feeling so ripped off as a very low income senior
I wanted to order curtains. The site encourages you to contact the artist, and so I did. I love his artwork but the Society6 site is a scam business and to be avoided. I really wish it wasn't because now I cannot safely order the curtains. I just wanted confirmation on the quality and I could not get that at all. So sad for all the artists that have given their copyrights away so a scam company can use their beautiful gifts to trick and track people. Even the link for recommending a friend is a scam. It would not take my husband's email address. Buyer BEWARE!!! When there is no customer service and only Bots you know where this is going.
I ordered two pillow cases with inserts. One pillow case arrived without the insert, I contacted the company and heard back very quickly. They sent me a complete replacement (case and insert), it was shipped within 24 hours. Great customer service! Would and will use this company again. I am assuming all the negative reviews have been taken onboard by the company and improvements have been made. Quality of the products is also great!
Terrible product quality! Good that arrived were poorly made and damaged, products look nothing close to what are photographed. Shipping is just purely awful and if you’re ordering from Canada not only are you paying heavy shipping rates but also paying for customs and duties and mentioned on the reviews below artists don’t even make the money, you’re better of buying on Etsy or any other platform directly from the artists. Would not recommend it to anyone.
I ordered a 20oz Designer Coffee Mug from Society 6 and received a 16oz mug instead. I e-mailed them to correct the mistake because you cannot call them as they have no phone number. They sent me back an e-mail telling me they needed a picture of it which I cannot do and I told them this and sent several e-mails to them to correct this problem and they refuse to respond to me. I will have to have my bank do an investigation on them. BEWARE!
I am a Canadian artist that utilizes Society6 to sell my artwork. A family member purhased my artwork on a backpack in an effort to support me. After shipping, conversion from USD to CAD and import fees a simple, unremarkable backpack totalled 112.30 CAD. I felt so ashamed when she sent me a picture of what she received. The artwork has no saturation, none of the original details were captured by their printing process. I requested she please return the item and I would reimburse any money she was out of pocket. My profit from this item $7.00 CAD. I now know not to encourage any of my Canadian friends and family to purchase through this retail space. It is still a great option for U.S customers and art exposure though.
It's been over 60 days since I placed, and paid for my order. There's no way to contact them in regards to this. Very disappointing.
I ordered framed pictures, stickers and cards. The print on the stickers is blurry and unreadable. The cards look like photos of photos of photos with cheap graphics imposed on top. My home computer has better quality and it's a cheapie, and when the cards are folded on the crease line, they are crooked and the white cardstock on the back requires trimming. The envelopes that came with the cards is also the lowest quality envelope available. The framed artwork is for my laundry room, so I'll keep it, but again the quality is muted and poor. I have not been able to enter feedback for any of my items, so I don't trust the raving reviews on the site. I'm working on getting a refund for the stickers and cards.
Bought a full size comforter and it was 3 feet too short! My daughter is freezing every night because it only comes to her waist. They refused to accept a return or exchange for a king size, even though it clearly was not made to fit a full size mattress. Cheaply made with the pattern on only ONE side and white background on the other.
I placed my order and when I recieved an email telling me my order was shipped, my unit number somehow did not make it on to the shipping lable so I had to track and intercept the package myself to catch it before it was returned as undeliverable. They gave me a tracking number and that was the extent of their 'customer service'.
I wont be ordering through this site again. Shipping aside, the hidden costs are atrocious.
When I logged on, these pillows were advertised at $18 each. Everytime I logged in again, the price went up by a few dollars. Even after placing my order, the price shot up again during the checkout process. And the again after the USD/CAD conversion. Then I had to pay a COD charge at the post office on top of that.
$200 for 4 small pillows at the end of the day. Quality is... mediocre.
Do yourself a favor and pay a higher price for something local. Will still be less expensive!
Never again!
